- The Brief
The aim of the site is to increase the value and volume of tourist's visiting the village of Dunster. The destination management system needs to be easily updated by non technical people so that they can keep the website up to date with the latest events and news to highlight upcoming events. Dunster would like to also engage in some form of CRM to manage prospects to Dunster. - The Solution
We implimented a full content management system with Customer Relationship Management. The system uses a templating system so Dunster can change the look and feel the site 1. Full user management and content management capabilites. Individual businesses in Dunster can edit their own listings pages. 2. Ability to add, delete and modify their own pages at will. 3. Full advertising banner management so that they can get sponsorship to help fund tourism marketing activities and events. 4.
